Welcome to the Integrative Fertility Symposium (IFS) 2017!

The following page contains essential information for registered attendees of the Vancouver 2017 Integrative Fertility Symposium. Please take the time to read the following information carefully so that you may enjoy your symposium weekend to the fullest.

Please note: Slide handouts will not be available in printed form at the symposium. In the interest of both environmental friendliness and convenience, we are providing presentation materials online (See point #6 below).

Registered Attendee Online Login Information

All registered attendees should have received login information by email from the Integrative Fertility Symposium 2017. If you have not already done so, please use the link contained in the email to set your own personal password. During sign in, you may use your email address or assigned username interchangeably.

In the event you did not receive your registration email, please contact our technical support online for further assistance. The IFsymposium team will supply you with a new password. Please note: you must contact support using the same email address you used during registration in order to request a new/reset password for security purposes.

To login, simply choose "Login" from the top menu. (Once you have logged in, this menu item will change to "Account"), which will contain your account information.

Symposium Badges

Identification badges are color-coded based on your registration and allow admission to the conference sessions and social events. Badges must be worn at all times.

 

Symposium Location & Travel

Integrated Fertility Symposium 2017 will be held at the Harbour Centre located on the downtown Simon Fraser University campus of Vancouver, BC, Canada. There will be concurrent sessions Friday to Sunday. All Pre-Symposium sessions require pre-registration. Additional registration rates apply.

Purchase of Recordings

All registered attendees will have the opportunity to purchase of the 3 day symposium lecture recordings for online viewing at a discounted rate. Orders must be made in person at the symposium to receive the discounted rate. The recordings are not approved for CEU/PDA/CPD and are for review purposes only. Please visit IFS registration desk for an order form or find an order from in your Symposium bag.

 

Printing Slide Handouts

In the interest of both environmental friendliness and convenience, we are providing presentation materials in your www.ifsymposium.com account online. We have arranged free Wi-Fi at the Symposium so you can access the notes on your laptop/mobile devices. The presentation slides are available as PDFs to view or download.

While we aren’t able to provide power stations in all the rooms, there will be a “charging station” in the Segal Centre, should you require charging during the Symposium. You will have to supply your own device power cords.

All slide handouts will be available in attendees accounts by March 20th 2017. Handouts will be available in two sizes. Two slides per page colour (for suggested online viewing) in PDF format. Three slides per page black and white (if you choose to print) also in PDF format.

  1. Sign into your account using the email or user name you registered with for the IFS
  2. Choose "Account" from the top menu
  3. Choose "Slide Handouts"

Remember: You must be logged in to access slide handouts. Printed slide handouts will not be provided at the symposium but can be accessed online. In the event you wish to have hardcopy slide handouts, we suggest printing them before the symposium begins.

Continuing Education Credits

In your Symposium bag, you will find a Participant Verification Form. In order to receive PDA/CEU/CPD, a completed form must be submitted at the end of the IFS. You will also have to check in each day at the Registration desk to confirm your attendance. Please print legibly and complete all fields. Verify on the right hand column which sessions you have attended and add up your attended hours for your awarded PDA/CEU/CPD’s.

The maximum number of hours you may receive by attending the Symposium is 20 hours (26 hours for those attending the Pre-Symposium lectures).

A certificate will be provided at the end of the Symposium, upon the return of the completed Participant Verification Form. You will not receive a certificate without verifying and turning in the completed form to Symposium staff.

Florida delegates will have their hours posted in CE broker within three weeks of the Symposium. Please submit your certificate (found in your account) to your governing body for proof of participation and the number of CEU/PDA/CPD to be awarded.

    Integrative Fertility Symposium

    Healthy Seminars 6th Integrative Fertility Symposium will be held exclusively online. The IFSymposium is geared towards Chinese medicine and naturopathic physicians who have an interest in treating reproductive health issues using an integrative approach. IFS 2021 date TBA
