Hey all,
I'm looking for accomodation to share with another female. I am coming to town for the pre-symposium but will likely stay with my sister on Wed night. So 30/31/01 would be the nights I am looking for. I am open to suggestions and not super picky, just want to be able to easily walk to the symposium site (nursing a possible stress fracture in the foot so the closer the better). As many of you already know, I will be coming to Vancouver and staying for the whole month of April.
Does anyone know anyone who needs a house-sitter?
The ideal scenario is someone who needs an in-house dog sitter to take care of their pet whilst they are away.
I will have my little terrier with me. She is very friendly, gets on with all dogs and most cats (depending on the cat), and she doesn't shed. She is very tidy and polite.
Can you please circulate this to your wider networks, so that Milly and I can find somewhere to make a base-camp to plan our trip across America. Our wish is to help someone out by providing live-in exemplary care; they can travel with peace of mind and we can take care of their home/pets.
Failing a house-sit (optimum), we will need some kind of lodgings - so if you know anyone who has a room to let, please pass this on to them.
