Over the past 10 years, many scientific studies have been published looking at the impact of certain micronutrients on several aspects of female reproductive health, including ovarian reserve, oocyte quality, uterine receptivity and PCOS . This lecture will look at recent published evidence that either supports or refutes the benefits of several nutrients, including vitamin D, DHA, coenzyme Q10, DHEA and the inositols.
