Description

In this lecture we will gain understanding and the safe guarding of our health through Functional Medical testing. We will learn the importance of the three body systems as a model of our health; Why testing and normalizing our adrenal health can protect us from burnout; Testing and eliminating hidden pathogens in the gut to eliminate hidden stressors and increase resilience; How Organic Acid Testing can give us a direct look at our neuro chemistry, energy production markers, etc. to prevent and correct practitioner burnout.

Objectives

1. How to apply Functional med testing to assess our health and resilience of our stress response, digestion, detox, and metabolic function.
2. How this lab information can be translated into a cohesive picture of our wellness and function and an actionable plan to make us feel our best and prevent clinician burnout.
3. Based on the lab testing how we can modify our lifestyle, rid ourselves of infections, and smartly choose supplements to keep our physical, mental, and emotional selves functioning at peak performance in our clinics and lives.
