Ancient Chinese doctors mapped a view of our DNA, and its relationship with the macrocosm. Our inner landscape contains the keys to improve our genetic expression - for fertility, health and longevity.

  • We will view the pictorial inner landscape of the body, and its relationship with each individual’s personal evolution, contained in the genetic blueprint of our core, linking the microcosm with the macrocosm.
  • We will focus on the healing practice of Yang Sheng, and it relates to epigenetics.
  • The relationship between gut and brain health will be discussed; in particular its relationship with telomere length.
  • We will make parallels between the living dynamics of acupuncture, Qi Gong, herbal medicine, dietary therapy and Science’s understanding of genetic expression.
  • The necessity for emotional and psychological health, and its effects on genetic expression will be emphasized
