Lorna Vanderhaeghe is a women’s health advocate and author of 13 books including "A Smart Woman’s Guide to Hormones". She has been researching and writing on nutritional medicine for over 35 years.  Early in her career she had the honor of working for the Journal of Orthomolecular Medicine alongside nutrition pioneers including the late Dr. Abram Hoffer the discoverer of vitamin B3. She was listed as one of Canada’s Top 100 Female Entrepreneurs in 2011, 2012 and 2013. With degrees in nutrition and biochemistry Lorna developed a line of nutritional supplements specifically for women. Lorna continues her mission of empowering women to achieve optimal wellness through nutrition and lifestyle changes.
